Inspired by Geometrics

As lovers of geometric shape and pattern in interior design, the Etch Light Web light and Etch Shade by Tom Dixon, (part of a new lighting range launched in Milan last month), is on our design minds inspiring us to hunt out all things ‘geo’.   This style can be as bold or as subtle as you choose (or dare), going from a full feature wall of strong geometric patterned wallpaper, to a full ensemble of layered geometric patterns/fabrics in a similar shade or by adding just one or two geometric-inspired accents in the form of lighting, accessories and furniture pieces.  We say long live the ‘geo’ for adding some punch and dynamism to your interior scheme and here’s a round-up of just some of our favourite finds…

1.  Etch Light Web in Copper by Tom Dixon.

2.  Etch Shade in Copper by Tom Dixon.

3.  Miss Manilla outdoor geometric cushion by Missoni Home at Selfridges.

4. After Matisse Rug by Sonya Winner.

5.  Deknudt Decora Gold Nugget Mirror at Heals.

6. ‘Wired’ pendant by Something From Us  from Bouf.

7. Collect 2011 cabinet from A2 Designers.

8.  Danish wool blanket from Mar Mar Co.
