Saint Martins Lofts styled by 19 Greek Street
A space steeped in creative history and the former home of London’s iconic Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design has been transformed into a new residential development of 13 loft style spaces.
What once was the studios and classrooms for Stella McCartney, Sir Terrance Conran, Mathew Williamson, Gilbert and George and Alexander McQueen (to name but a few) has been re-worked by the talents of interior architects Darling Associates into a mix of apartments with terraces, penthouses with views over London and five duplexes with impressive double-height Crittall style windows.
To bring the development to life, Marc Péridis, founder of 19 Greek Street was commissioned to create a showhome and furnish and style a duplex apartment using unique pieces from international designers including Nina Tolstrup of Studio Mama, Karen Chekerdjan, Richard Hutten, collective Vij5, Dirk Vander Kooij, Gt2p, Noam Dover, Noam Reches, and Super-cyclers.
